Course Description

Do you want to work more deeply with your clients, are you intuned with the ability of the consciousness as the tool to inner work. Using sandtray therapy as a tool to reach the consciousness allows for a deeper more intense therapy. The International Diploma of Sandtray Therapy will give you all the skills and knowledge to begin working with clients – upon successful completion of the International Diploma of Sandtray Therapy, you will be able to apply:

Entry requirements

I declare that I have a relevant qualification to complete this International Diploma of Sandtray Therapy being a degree or equivelant in psychology, social sciences, social work, education or other relevant qualification such as art therapy, play therapy or minimum 3 years experience in a relevant field or other relevant area in mental health to be able to successfully complete this course.

Assessment requirements

There are 5 assignments plus Log Books included in this Diploma course:

Assignment 1 – Sandtray Therapy Brochure
Assignment 2 – Case Study Peter
Assignment 3 – Analysis of Sand World
Assignment 4 – Written Report – Blog Post
Assignment 5 – Reflective Journal

These assignments can be completed online and uploaded via your student portal.

Materials or equipment required

You will need a sand tray, sand and an array of sand tray miniatures.
